He is a disabled vet , that is recovering right now . He had someone help 
him fill out his application . He just wants to get involved in LF and is 
just learning . He wants to do some building as part of his recovery therapy 
.

At present he is doing his rehab in Springfield , MO. , hoping to be able to 
go visit his family in AL. for Christmas .

He would , I am sure , appreciate any suggestions and advice . His budget 
appears to be quite limited .

He emailed me after he filed his part 5 application . I don't know him 
personally .
