Not this morning BUT last night around 10PM I was watching a 185 screen when I heard some sideband splatter. Fearing receiver malfunction I first ignored it. But after a bit I checked it out and found a foreign BC'er on 183 (I tune 184.700 when tuning the watering hole with Argo).

That at 183 was rocking the S-meter good.
162 and 198 also making BC notice. Unusual to hear, esp. at 10PM.
Close at 198 was DIW, a regular here.

Ha, LowFER conditions were a bust with only MP and EAR (early evening) showing up and only light trace where CV was the night before.
