[Lowfer] XR Copied In CO?

Starting at around 9:30 PM MST (0430UTC) a signal barely rose out of the 
noise at 184.3223 on my Argo screen, and I believe it to be XR, Andy, in 
Friendsville, TN. I captured one ID sequence and then it faded with a 
few pieces of characters seen for the next 30 minutes or so. I also had 
some wideband noise appear which didn't help things.

What do you think Andy, is this enough to call a good capture?

I'll keep Argo running all night in hopes I can get a better capture 
later in the night.
