[Lowfer] Beacons ZR, MP, EAR, WEB received

Now that my snowthrower's failure to propel itself forward or backward 
has been fixed I can concentrate on more fun stuff, like radio. Andy, no 
problem seeing your beacon last night, although the ARGO captures aren't 
good due to poor sensitivity and contrast settings. I briefly tuned in 
MP and EAR too and caught a bit of WEB before sunrise. Based on NDB 
monitoring, it didn't seem that propagation was very good here, but then 
I came across LLD, Lanai, HI 353 kHz so it couldn't have been too bad. 
Will try to look for CV and WMS tonight.
