[Lowfer] NDB conditions

Andy WMS is still off the air. So thats not me you are seeing.
One rec on Cov and one on WEB right now. Nothing yet on CV, WEB looks like
it is starting to come in. Last night I got copy on WEB from 7pm to 815
 then nothing.
Looks like band streched out.
I'lll probably start WMS back up tomorrow night.

OK Mitch, My antenna is wet and the rain keeps coming down, when that
 happens, my output drops. Right now it's less than half of normal.  
You might be wasting time on me tonite... I am getting traces of WMS  
with my beacon running !! That shouldn't happen !! The beacon usually  
kills the receiver, so I'm pretty weak right now, Thanks for looking:
