[Lowfer] NDB conditions

OK Mitch, My antenna is wet and the rain keeps coming down, when that happens, my output drops. Right now it's less than half of normal. 
You might be wasting time on me tonite... I am getting traces of WMS
with my beacon running !! That shouldn't happen !! The beacon usually
kills the receiver, so I'm pretty weak right now, Thanks for looking:
