Hey All: 

I definitely won't complain about the rain after the drought
we've gone through. Some much needed water to raise the water
table. I checked the output of " XR " and the meter is reading
is about half what it is with dry ground. This happens every
time the ground gets soaked. I really have no idea how, or IF
it affects my signal, but I suspect that it does. Oh well;
I'm going to keep it on and who knows; it might just be getting
out somewhere. 73 all, hope the weather doesn't get too bad
where you are.
