I don't know what OS you're using, but if it's Windows you 
should be able to right click on the picture, then click on
" Save As " tell it where to save it to, and the format;
best as a .JPG , click " ok " and the picture should show up
wherever you stored it. Then just upload the .JPG as you wish.
