[Lowfer] Beacon "EAR" returns!

Hi Mitch,

I'm glad to know it's making it into London, albeit with a
slightly higher frequency due to it being downhill from my
QTH to yours!  That causes the waves to bunch up!!

I'm going to have to devise some kind of standoff for all
of the halyards on my towers here.  The failing of the
one for EAR was due to "slapping" against the tower
in light winds...a natural resonance, possibly.
