[Lowfer] Dec 12 Lowfer beacon reception

Last night was a good one for Lowfer beacon reception. Jerry , KD0GS, 
reported copying CV and MP on the DX beacon logger 
(http://dxworld.com/ndblog.html) from Colorado. Here at EN52ta, Elgin, 
IL, beacons WEB, MP, CV, WMS, and SJ were copied. WEB was sufficiently 
strong to see using QRSS-3. Propagation was good to the south in 
general, allowing a number of new NDBs to be logged. Sorry I ran out of 
time to look for XR and TAG. I understand EAR is temporarily off-the-air.
