[Lowfer] wms back on the air

WMS beacon is repaired and back on the air. 187492 hz qrss 30, best copied
 on
qrss 30 slow.
this is the fourth final failure in 18 months. Doesn't take a direct hit
 just induction
from nearby strike to kill the finals. for those of you who are building
 beacons it is 
a good idea to install sockets for the transistors. If your beacon is
 indoors a disconect switch
is recomended. My beacon is remote from the house, and I am reluctant to
 go out in a 
storm and disconnect. transmitter is Lyle Kohlers design with k1el id chip.
