[Lowfer] 500 kHz conditions

Hello Lowfers,

I had my first trans-continental reception of a Navtex station
early Friday morning, with a capture of NMW, Astoria, OR.
Friday evening I was seeing XSH/6 very solid, so it seems
like the distant stations where doing better than "the locals",
as several others on the list had mentioned.
