[Lowfer] Reception of SJ and TAG beacons

Returned from Atlanta last night to catch good conditions to New 
England. Copied beacon SJ on 186.850 kHz via ARGO QRSS-10 between 0540Z 
120408 and 0721Z 120508. Then tuned to beacon TAG on 185.800 kHz using 
the Wolf GUI. No decodes until around sunrise, when the following was 
obtained:
