[Lowfer] Beacon " XR " back on the air

Greetings all: I put " XR " back on the air around 11:20pm EST.
Evidently the wet /icy snow fall we had today somehow tripped
the beacon off, and I didn't discover it until getting ready
to hit the hay for the night. Didn't do any radioing tonite,
spent time with the family watching hoilday movies. Sorry if
anyone was looking for it, but it's back on now. 73:
