Sean , if you check out the solderless homebrew projects , they use an Epson 
oscillator chip. You can order them through Digi Key . The only thing is 
they have a minimum order . Also if you use the divide by 10 circuit , you 
have to multiply the frequency you order by 10 .

The beacon that I have on the air right now is using one of them . My report 
from Elgin , Illinois , last week , noted "very stable in frequency" .
