You missed the point of the post I forwarded, the various pirate radio
groups are looking for a new band and have focused on the 13 MHz ISM band.

Heard a loud but somewhat distorted USB station on 13.570 MHz in DM04 this 
afternoon.  Think they announced the call as WYNB although it wasn't 
repeated. Religious theme but hard to understand because of the distortion.
