This would explain a lot:

Due to our server change on March 8-9, the Hifer list is temporarily out of
service.  If you post to this address again after March 10, it should be
returned to operation.  However, due to a glitch in backing up data, some
members' addresses are no longer on the list.  YOU MAY HAVE TO RE-REGISTER.

A half hour of scrounging on the LWCA site resulted in nothing.  Where is
the reflector now?
