    I already have one but that's a good deal for someone as it's plenty 
good enough for most government work.  Also have a Boonton 260A which is 
better but so much heavier that it sits on the shelf most of the time.  
I don't think either is really suited to precision capacitor Q 
measurement.  As I recall the Boonton instruction book describes a 
procedure which is probably better than nothing but any decent capacitor 
is going to have Q which is much higher than that of the test coil.
