[Lowfer] Undulating signal @ 504.340

Hello Lowfers,

I'm picking up an undulating carrier on 504.340 kHz. which is
varying in intensity with about a two or three second period.
The average background noise is about -60 dB. and the peak
of the carrier hits around -30 dB.  It began about 00:00 UTC
and despite some heavy t-storm activity to my north-west, is
doing a fine job of coming through the static crashes.
