[Lowfer] WD2XSH/10 now on 507 kHz for ground wave test

No sign of /10 (using an Argo 30 second screen straining to see something 
during daylight) until it popped out of the noise at 0005Z. Still not 
copyable by ear. Frequency is dead on.
