Peter,

Jay is sending WE2XGR/2. Each ID takes 12 seconds, and there are 12 
seconds between ID's. So perhaps you are seeing the ID's as fuzzy 
"dashes" on that screen. Try the NDB mode in Argo, which moves much 
faster, and should resolve the characters.
