[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 groundwave test

WE2XGR/2 operating on 506.5 kHz with cw ID roughly every 20 seconds now 
until 1800Z (perhaps later). Thunderstorm forced shutdown is possible. 
Running 500 watts to a 90' vertical.
