[Lowfer] 1750 Meters

It's been years (34 I think) but I had regular QSOs with Ken "K" and a few with a station on Long Island from Westfield NJ, using CW at about 2 WPM. It's possible but you need to coordinate the sending, receiving and "possible" qso times. The receiver was only about 25 Hz wide. I need to put together a transmitter but should be able to in about a month, given my other obligations.

Rick,
Unfortunately well over 99% of activity on 1750 meters (and 2200 meters) is beaconing.
There is some sporadic two-way activity but its the exception rather than the rule.
Mostly this is due to the prevalence of slow speed cw (QRSS) which gives you a tremendous edge in signal
to noise but makes 2-way QSOs cumbersome to say the least.
