Hi John, Lowfers,

I had a look at my copy this morning and as the others had reported,
there was quite a variation in signal strength.  When you where there
is was very solid, but the deep fades took out quite big chunks of
copy.

I was running Spectran on my second machine, looking at a slice of
the spectrum about 800 Hz. wide in NDB mode, centred on your
frequency.  It was interesting to watch the fades graphically to see
the fading.  There was another signal up the band from yours and
it was being effected too, but at different times!
