Hi Pete:

Your best bet is to google FCC.Gov on the net for part 15 regulations.
Also, check out the Long wave club of america...www.lwca.org.

Several other websites would be K0LR Lyle's site....google K0LR.

Basically, you are limited to 160-190 khz and 1 watt input to an antenna
that is 50 foot or less including feedline and counterpoise....there are
folks doing it....it just takes some effort. This is all beacon
work...so check out the lowfer beacon list at lwca.org.
