[Lowfer] Last Night's WSPR Tests

Thanks to all who posted reports on last night's tests. As expected the
15 watt signal was difficult to copy, and a couple of the reports had no
copy of it at all. For those who did copy both, the difference between
the 150 and 15 watt signals was almost always 10 or 11 dB, which is
comforting.

It was interesting to compare my two signals with Jay's. He almost
always was stronger, by a range of a few dB to 12 or more. Of course,
fading would generally not occur for both of us at the same time. Bill
deCarle's results don't show the 15 watt signal at all, and has me
significantly weaker than Jay. That makes sense, as my transmit loop
should be down around 7 dB in his direction.

More fun later in the week.
