[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WOLF mode

WE2XGR/2 now transmitting WOLF20.

Thanks to Fred and John for the report. John, there's a lot of info on WOLF Stewarts page:

The background info is all there along with the command line legacy software. The GUI was quite an
improvement as you'll see if you read through the original info. Several of us have been using WOLF
extensively on 137 kHz (as well as the 160 - 190 kHz band) for a number of years with great
success - especially under adverse static conditions.
