[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in WOLF mode

WE2XGR/2 will be transmitting various modes and power levels for a few hours tonight testing the
'digital' transmitting setup. Frequency is 508.5 kHz. Currently transmitting WOLF10 at 100 watts
transmitter power. Will post mode changes, etc here. Reports are always appreciated.
