[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 Olivia 8-250 mode @ 2300 UTC 508.5

Hello Warren,

Online now and copy OK.

needed to go to the 8 tone 250 HZ mode which was not a default mode.
Normal not reversed.

I am tuned to 508.500 KHz and decode spectrum is centered at about 1400 Hz.

RX = IC-703+ with an active whip.
