[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 Olivia 8-250 mode @ 2300 UTC 508.5

Hello Warren,

I am set with MultiPSK on the PC, Olivia mode, and I have noticeable
spectrum on the waterfall display centered at about 1400 Hz

I am tuned to 508.500 KHz.
I tried normal and reversed decode,  but still get only garbage characters.

Any suggestions ?
