[Lowfer] Kenwood TS440 LF Mod

Just done the same sort of thing to the 870,,,,, its a bit more livelier now on 500.  Mod was by passing two 68 ohm resistors in the switched filter signal line.  I couldn't find the mod listed but it appears good.
