I didnt spend a lot of time reading that but I didnt notice
any mention of power , I guess if something radiates in a non
authorized frequency at part 15 levels it could be in question
Hmmmm 
better check my Toyota keys that lock/unlock M car
hearing aids can communicate one to the other at ? freq
adjust one the other adjusts as well,,, god if your head were resonant ?
would it blow up

also noticed that on the Doc channel a story on Mt Everest showed the
teams were
using 144 handholds to communicate,, think they were Kenwood stuff
what would LOS be at 27000 Ft
