[Lowfer] XGR PSK QSO Tonight

Reports received from Brian WA1ZMS/4 (1st report!), Bob K3DJC, Dick WA3USG, J.B. VE3EAR, Tom N8TL,
Fred KN8AZN and Lloyd W3NF indicate that PSKFEC31 exhibited an advantage over QPSK31.

Theses reports are particularly helpful since XGR/3 and XGR/2 are only about 70 miles apart...and if
conditions are quiet like they were tonight we get near solid copy of each other's transmission.
Stations further out are better able to judge the effectiveness of the two modes being compared.
