[Lowfer] XGR PSK QSO Tonight

Jay (WE2XGR/2) and I will continue our QSO series tonight at 0200 UTC on 
508.5 kHz. The first 10 minutes or so will be QPSK31, and we will then 
switch to the previously successful PSKFEC31. The QPSK stuff is readable 
with a number of programs, and the PSKFEC31 mode is found in MultiPSK 
only. As always, reports will be welcome.
