[Lowfer] XGR PSK31 Tonight

As Jay mentioned in a reply to an earlier message, we will be running a 
PSK31 QSO tonight on 508.500 kHz starting at 0200 UTC. We plan to run 
straight PSK31 until about 0210 UTC, then switch to PSKFEC31. I believe 
the latter mode is only available through MultiPSK. We'd appreciate 
comparison reports between the two modes -- it's expected that the FEC 
version will be slower, but more bulletproof.
