[Lowfer] XGR CHIP64 QSO Tonight

Jay and I will have another QSO tonight at 0200 UTC on 508.500 kHz, 
using the CHIP64 mode found in MultiPSK. This is a spread-spectrum type 
of modulation, with a BW of about 580 Hz, hence the QSY up the band. 
Using MultiPSK, select the CHIP mode, and then the 64 button. One or the 
other of us will be on in advance, so you can play with settings.
