[Lowfer] XGR Domino EX QSO tonight

Jay and I will try a somewhat faster QSO at 0200 UTC tonight on 506.500 
kHz. We will be running Domino EX4 with FEC enabled. Use MultiPSK to 
decode, select Domino EX, and click the "4" and "FEC" boxes in the right 
center of the screen. Reports are welcome.
