[Lowfer] DCF-39 on west coast, seen on Argo?

I'm trying to figure out if I can see DCF-39 here on the West Coast, North
America. I see some "stuff", but not sure what I'm seeing. Is there a
formula for figuring out the Loran line at a given frequency range? I'm sure
there is but I have no idea how to do it. I tried extrapolating from the
lwca.org Loran lines charts, but the difference is so large I don't think
I'm anywhere close.
I'm seeing what I think are 3 Loran lines; I believe my system accuracy is
0.05 Hz for a 30 second Argo mode.
How accurate is the DCF-39 138,830 frequency? I'm not seeing anything right
on that frequency, in 30 second Argo mode. But I'm seeing a fairly strong
fuzzy trace about 0.50 Hz above 138,830 that's about 0.15 Hz wide.
I'm seeing what I think is a fairly strong Loran line on 138,831.40. I think
another Loran line is on 138,827.93 and one on 138,833.05--all in 30 second
Argo mode.

Any help or tips about this would be most appreciated.
