I will have to take some pictures of the setup when I get it all done.. Im
using 1"x2" fir strips for the coil form and
a 4' plywood circles to keep it rigid and straight.. something Tesla would
have been proud of :)

That's some coil...geepers!
I was less than 1 mile from Runway 14/32 at Anchorage International, and
also less than that to my local FCC monitoring site - I went thru the
FAA determination process which was a form of questionnaire on antennae
height, datum's, transmit powers, lighting etc, - Upshot was approval
for a non-lit 110 footer - This was a "free" service and took about 1
month to get clearance, and great people to deal with. No issue from the
FCC local office either by ways of restrictions on my transmit power.
Im going to have the same issue in my new QTH up there which again is
less than 1 mile from the end of Wolf Lake strip.
Good luck with the station

Well thats the problem there.. Im less than 1 Mile from the end of the
runway so Im going to have
to make a really big capacitive hat. My loading coil im planning will be
about 4' in diamater and 8' tall
im going to wind a few thousand feet on it and put some caps on the LC
with
a switch to change bands.
Im going to have to do "trickery" in the loading unfortunatly.
