    PLI is transmitting CW on 183.5 under a Part 5 license.  He and 
[WD6]ELU talk on SSB occasionally and Randy is trying to get a beacon on 
the air again, as well as another fellow in LA who works with PLI.  
Steve McGreevy sometimes has a beacon on from Keeler, CA.  I plan to put 
my IZJ beacon back on the air from San Gabriel sometime in the next 
couple of months if I can figure some way to keep it from screwing up my 
WWVB clocks.  I think Mike Mideke either has or plans to put a lowfer 
beacon on from Magdelana, NM.  That's about it from the SW as far as I know.
