[Lowfer] 68.5 BPC good this morning

First heard 68.5 BPC time station last night 0515 utc; presume it was in all 
night. Was at weak level at first check this morning, 1205 utc, even 
stronger at 1300 utc. Faded away around 1400 then off and on bits, finally 
becoming solid again around 1430 utc, though much weaker. Yesterday it was 
heard most of the morning at very weak level.
For comparison, 40kc JJY is always much stronger.
