68.5 kHz BPC is certainly an odd one for me. I've been checking for it daily 
since from learning about it from Scott Tilley a week or so ago, and it 
hasn't been heard for several days. But this morning's check, where it 
initially wasn't heard, when I was idly sitting on the frequency, suddenly 
at 1357 utc it came on, easy copy at weak level. It remained on until 1430 
utc when it abruptly went off, then came back on at 1433 utc, and has 
remained on at present check at 1500 utc (well past local sunrise).
