[Lowfer] grounding active antennas

Hello Doug - maybe someone else will speak on this as well but from what I
have noted it is a 'sometimes yes... sometimes no' situation. Depending on
your system, the type of noise and how it is getting into your system, some
have noted great improvements by grounding the shield right at the antenna
site while others have noted that doing this made things worse or had no
improvement. As usual, the best way to find out is to try it and see what
happens.
