Hi Eddy, welcome to the group.

I've been monitoring signals on the 160-190 Khz band for a long 
time.  Occasionally I put a
pipsqueak signal on the air.  I believe the Canadian regs are 
identical to the US ones.
You're allowed 1 watt DC input to the final and the antenna 
(including feedline, ground, etc)
must be less than 15M (50 ft).  Haven't read RSS-210 in a while 
though, so could be out of
date on this.
