[Lowfer] CWSpacings and QRSS Considerations

Thanks for all of the info on CW spacings.

Also thanks for the considerations on degradations due to the 
propagation medium.
I agree that the normal and common perturbations can destroy long QRSS 
modulation methods.

My pursuit will be the anomalous conditions of enhanced propagation 
where QSB will be minimum and
path loss will also be at a minimum, which means a very small percentage 
of the time.

Looks like I may have to come up with the QRSSTAN modulation mode to 
ride these waves.
