[Lowfer] WOLFIN tonight

Running WOLF 20 in Mechanicsburg. Nothing yet ... the band is quite noisy
with a lot of static crashes. I'm not too optimistic tonight but will leave
the receiver & WOLF run fer awhile.

I also noticed that the q parameter decayed during the 10 watt transmission
from WD2XNS. I didn't really think too much about it but I guess that if the
signal that you're copying goes completely off the air, the q would do
precisely what it did. The current message would repeat until the integrated
random noise would obliterate the message.
