That mode is also supported by MultiPSK. Note that those "HF" versions 
send faster (in a larger BW) than the narrow-band, slow speed stuff we 
have been using at LF. The 3-second Hell that Jay and I sent on Sunday 
night was designed to be copied on Argo, Spectran, Spectrum Lab, and so 
forth, and fits in a 10 Hz BW. Just as a guess, I'd say that the faster 
version of Hell in the program you mentioned would have similar weak 
signal possibilities to regular speed CW, and would have a BW of about 
300 Hz.
