[Lowfer] Bill's W's and M's

Hi Guys,

I'm seeing a double set of Bill's characteristic signals tonite.
They seem about 0.5 Hz. apart, with the higher one being
the strongest as I type this at about 04:00 UTC.  This may
be the first time I've seen signals from both locations at the
same time.  Looks like the band's in pretty good shape!
