[Lowfer] Beacon EAR back on!

Hi Guys,

After a few hours of work out in the blowing snow, I've managed
to repair the damage to all of my L.F. antennas.  Lowfer beacon
EAR is now back on the air on 188.830 kHz. sending QRSS30,
and I'm once again able to receive at 137 and the 160-190 band.
Signal reports would be appreciated.
