[Lowfer] WEB and VY1JA Report

WEB showed up last nite on my Argo screen, very strong a couple of times 
before 0900 zoolo.  Got up and did some NDBing and found Canada coming 
in good.  Looked for PLI on 183.5 and BRO on 182.2, PLI was quiet here 
but I am gonna look at an audio file I recorded on BRO now that I am 
awake and see if I might have heard a bit of his CW in there for a time. 
  I kept looking at his grabber and could not convince myself that his 
beacon was on, I was looking for the tell tale dots on the display and 
the QSB laden signal I trying to make sense of with my half awake ears. 
  ESP and wishful thinking are a possibility with my head!  Also gave a 
glance at RM and LEK and WMS for a bit while WEB was printing.  Went 
back to bed and left Argo watching for VY1JA and found that he showed up 
off and on for an hour or so before sunrise here!  North to south seemed 
to do well last nite here.  Nice snow storm during the nite as well. 
Snow Blowing is the next task this morning.
